Frost Hold

Frost Hold is a free survivors-like wave survival game you play right in your browser — think Vampire Survivors in a frozen pixel art arena, with no download and no sign-up. You're dropped into an icy wasteland where your weapon swings on its own and the horde pours in from every direction: frost wolves, snow bats, ice skeletons and hulking yetis, joined by shamans that pelt you with ice bolts from range, bombers that detonate at your feet, elementals that shatter into shardlings, and necromancers that raise fresh skeletons mid-fight. Your only job is to move, dodge, and not die.

Every kill earns experience, and every level-up hands you a choice that shapes your entire run. Crank attack speed to shred swarms? Stack health regen to outlast them? Push movement speed to kite the elite hunters circling you? Your build is your run — and the map matters too. Each run generates a fresh arena: ice fields that send you sliding, crevasses that bite, geysers that erupt, trees you can chop down for experience, and treasure chests hidden far from the safe center that can evolve your weapons into something monstrous.

The dash is everything. One burst of untouchable speed on a short cooldown — use it to escape a closing ring of enemies or slip a horde surge that floods in from all sides. Spend it too early and you're trapped when the real danger arrives; too late and you're already a frozen statue. The best runs feel like a dance at the edge of annihilation. WASD to move, SPACE to dash, 1/2/3 to choose upgrades, TAB for stats. How long can you hold?
