About Pixel Racer

Play Pixel Racer online — a free top-down racing game in your browser, no download needed. Four pixel art cars with different handling profiles, three tracks with their own personality, and three rivals who won't make it easy. Choose your ride, learn the corners, and fight for first place.

Drifting is the heart of Pixel Racer. Yank the handbrake into a hairpin, slide the rear end out, and straighten up with a nitro boost out of the apex. Nailing a clean drift through a tight chicane feels incredible — and the bonus points don't hurt either. Each track rewards a different style: one favors raw speed, another punishes sloppy cornering, and the third demands you master both.

Three laps. Four racers. One podium. The top-down camera shows you everything coming, but knowing the turn is there and actually making it through cleanly are two very different things. Pixel Racer is arcade racing distilled to its most fun: pick up, drift hard, fight for position.
